Monthly $300 Voucher Draw: Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to The Purse Affair Monthly $300 Voucher Draw (the "Promotion"). By entering, you agree to these terms.

1. Promoter

The Promoter is APA Luxury Investments Pty Ltd trading as The Purse Affair, 356 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. Contact: enquiries@thepurseaffair.com or 03 9005 6138.

2. Who can enter

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families cannot enter.

3. How to enter

Subscribe to The Purse Affair newsletter by entering your email address in the "Win a $300 Voucher" form on thepurseaffair.com. No purchase is necessary. One entry per person per month. Entries must be made with your own email address.

4. Promotion period and draws

The Promotion starts on 26 October 2026 and runs monthly until the Promoter ends it by updating this page. Each month is its own draw period. Entries received between 26 October 2026 and 11:59pm AEDT on 30 November 2026 go into the first draw. After that, each draw period is one calendar month. Entries received during a draw period go into that period's draw only.

The winner of each draw is chosen at random by computer on the 1st day of the following month (or the next business day) at 356 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.

5. Prize

One winner per draw receives a $300 The Purse Affair digital gift voucher, which can be used online or in our stores. The voucher is not redeemable for cash, cannot be exchanged, and any unused balance cannot be refunded. The total prize value is $300 (incl. GST) per draw.

6. Winner notification

The winner will be contacted by email within 2 business days of the draw. If the winner doesn't respond within 14 days, or isn't eligible, the prize is forfeited and a redraw will take place on the next business day at the same place. The winner's first name and suburb may be published on our website or Instagram.

7. Privacy

By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from The Purse Affair. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. If you unsubscribe before the draw, your entry for that month still counts. Your details are handled in line with our privacy policy and are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

8. General

The Promoter may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated or made in breach of these terms. The Promoter may change, suspend or end the Promotion if something beyond its reasonable control affects it, subject to any applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
